Odense Fjord is a nature reserve in Denmark under NATURA 2000 and therefore all the spieces in and around Odense Fjord are protected.

 

Especially during wintertime you see swans all over the land as far as about 10 km from the coastline. Therefore there are many swans right next to us and we live with the sound of swans talking erly in the mornings, during days and late in the evenings.

Unfortunately the population of animals and nature is rapidly declining with arguments in private ownership from Danish Local Farmers and hunting companies. Farmers have always hunted but are pressured by EU rules, so they now also sell hunting to hunting companies, because hunting has become a sparetime activity. 

 

Metropolitan fools now also kill animals as a sport, because they are bored.

 

Denmark is a small country....
